From today, Starbucks® stores in the US will receive up to 10 times faster Wi-Fi speeds and over the next 18 months, the company will upgrade this surfing experience to more than 7,000 U.S. stores.

“Our goal is to continue to provide our customers with the best in-store experience possible, and we are excited to offer these kinds of unparalleled experiences at a broad scale.” said Adam Brotman, chief digital officer, Starbucks.

Starbucks is currently “home” to many road warriors, some of whom treat its outlets like their private corner, parking themselves in a place where they can enjoy the comfort of the ambience. This is certainly good news now that they can look forward to benefit from a quicker surfing experiencing along with a fresh brew.
