1 Does the right things. Does things right.
2 Visionary Implementor
3 Is either elected by circumstance or choice Is appointed
4 Followers follow by choice. They follow because they want to be led. Subordinates follow by virtue of subordinate arrangement
5 Risk-taker Risk-manager
6 Sails uncharted territories. Takes tested and proven route.
7 Upholds and embodies values of the organisation Accountable and responsible for economic outcomes to achieve specific objectives.
8 A good leader would typically portray good management skills A good manager may not necessarily portray good leadership skills.
